I ordered from shoptheskinny.ca and, i just assumed tracking would be the usual vague updates, but it was actually really clear. The email with the tracking link came through quickly, and I didn’t have to go digging around or follow up with anyone.
The package arrived right when it said it would, which I always appreciate. I figured there might be some waiting or guessing involved, but nope, it was simple and stress-free. I’d definitely order again

The site feels kind of outdated and a little messy to me, though at the same time I can still find what I need without too much trouble. I don’t love the design, but it’s not unusable either

I ordered a couple of things in my usual size after checking the size chart, but the fit was completely inconsistent. One item was way too tight and the other was oddly loose, so the sizing wording felt misleading to me. The clothes are cute, which makes it even more frustrating, but they really need to sort out the consistency. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the return process was easier.

Ordered my usual size and it fit well. Slightly snug, but overall accurate.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the buying part was totally fine, but getting my refund was a hassle. I ended up waiting longer than I expected and kept checking my email because the updates were lacking.

To be fair, they did refund me eventually, so I’m not calling it a total disaster. But the slow timing and poor communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

From what I remember, the order I got from shoptheskinny.ca arrived in decent shape. I had ordered a couple of things, and nothing looked like it had been tossed around too badly.

The items were wrapped well enough, with no leaks, dents, or anything damaged. I also remember appreciating that they didn’t go overboard with packing material, which was nice.
I’d probably give it 4 stars because the tape looked a little messy and one corner of the box was slightly squished. Not a big deal, though, overall, the packaging did its job.

I don’t remember every detail when I ordered it, but the fabric definitely stood out to me. It feels super soft on the skin, really comfy, and not cheap at all
